Bee Quest

Business' reasoning, like politics, in so many cases makes little sense, I expect this will always be the case when there is interest, of money or status. We are made to believe that green spaces are the most valuable ones, and expect them to be protected. looking from above that leaves very little space for all species of the planet, and an extremely disproportionate space for humans and their activities. An interesting term is that of a brown-site, an abandoned query or, industry, an old dump, where nature is left to re establish, but benefits from no protection. ‘Bee quest’ by Dave Goulson, contains many accounts of this blindness and lack of coherent action on our side. This short comic is telling the story of one of those encounters, how business justifies its actions, and to what lengths it will carry senseless efforts to protect its interests.
